How do your sizes run?
Their is a sizing chart located under the description of our products. Most of our items run true to size. If their is an item that does not run true to size we will note that in the item's description page. If your little one does run borderline on a size we recommend that you size up.
Return and Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item please contact us via email at email@example.com, include in the subject line explain if its a return or exchange and including order number.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 days from the time you received that item to contact us. If it is longer then 30 days we may deny the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What if I received a damage item?
If you received a damage item, please contact us via email at email@example.com with photos of the damaged item. Include in the subject line "URGENT: DAMAGE PRODUCT" and we will contact you back with in 24hrs.
What if I was sent the wrong item?
Fulfillment mistakes that are made by us result in incorrect product/ size that were shipped to you will be accepted return. Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get that taken care of for you right away. Include in the subject line "URGENT: WRONG ITEM" Please take a picture including the item and the size tag. Also include what product/ or size you ordered.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! We can cancel your whole order, or just specific items if you have not received an email stating that your order has shipped. Please reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com. Include in the subject line "URGENT: CANCEL ORDER" and include order number.
